Hi! My name is Mahshid. I became a Christian at 17 in Iran, my home country. Following Christ has shaped my life ever since, through moving countries, building a career and making decisions without always knowing where they would lead. Throughout these years, I have sensed His calling in different ways and sought to understand how to use what He has entrusted to me.

 

My professional journey has been an important part of that. For more than 12 years, I have worked in international organisations across three countries, including Novartis, Microsoft and the IFRS Foundation. Most recently, I served as Counsellor to the Chair of the International Sustainability Standards Board.

 

Working alongside senior leaders, I have supported decisions, managed projects and helped improve how teams and organisations work. I have seen how much practical work sits behind a vision, and how valuable it is to have someone alongside you who understands the bigger picture and takes responsibility for moving things forward.

 

This year, I felt it was time to take a new step in response to what He has put on my heart: to dedicate my skills and experience more directly to supporting leaders who want to serve God through their work. 

 

Our time in this world is limited. Yet God gives us the privilege of being part of something with eternal significance. I believe what He has entrusted to us deserves our wholehearted response: to glorify Him and serve a world desperately in need of His love and wisdom.

That calling can take shape through a church, a business or a charity. Wherever God places us, we have opportunities to do good and put what we have received into practice.

 

This conviction is why I started Entrusted Practice. I want to dedicate my time, energy and experience to this work, and stand alongside others who feel called to build something that serves Him. Helping them take the practical steps to bring that vision to life is how I want to use what God has entrusted to me.

 

I want to stand alongside pastors, Christian organisations and business owners who have a vision and need practical support to move it forward.

I bring business experience, a shared Christian faith and a willingness to get involved in the work. That might mean clarifying priorities, coordinating a project, organising volunteer teams or establishing systems that make everyday work easier.

My hope is to help people make good use of what God has entrusted to them, while doing the same with what He has entrusted to me.
