There is a lot to organise when a church is starting or growing. Volunteer teams, small groups, children’s ministry and communication all need attention. Much of that work can end up with the pastor, alongside their responsibility to lead and care for people.

I work alongside you and your leadership team to identify what needs to happen next and help put it in place. I bring experience in operations, project management and team coordination, together with a shared Christian faith.

- Introduce useful tools, including ChurchTools or simpler systems that suit your church.
- Improve newsletters, internal communication and follow-up.
